Q: What is your returns policy?

A: We have a 7 day from delivery returns policy - For our full returns policy and to see if you meet our return criteria, please click here or click the link at the bottom of the page 'Returns & Refunds'. All returns will be at your own cost.

 

Q: How do exchanges work?

A: If you are wishing to exchange your item for a different size, we will issue you with a gift card for the value of your item, and you will have to put through the order from your side. Your store credit amount will be the value of the item you purchased minus the the return courier fees if you choose to use our courier.

 

Q: How do pre-orders work?

A: Pre-order items are items that are not yet in stock. There estimated shipping date can be found on the product's page under details (on the right hand side). 

 

Q: Will I be able to return a pre-order if it doesn't fit?

A: Yes! The 7 day return window only begins from the day you receive the package. As long as it is returned with all tags & hygiene stickers attached, you will be eligible for a refund.

  

Q: Am I able to order two different sizes in a set or bikini? (eg. 1 M top & L bottoms)?

A: Yes. All bikini items are sold as individuals so you are able to order your correct size top and bottom.

  

Q: How long does it take for my order to get to me from the day I order?

A: All orders take 24 hours to process before we ship it off to you. According to the shipping option you chose, shipping can take 1-3 business days (express) or 2-4 days (standard). More info can be found here.

Q: How do I track my order?

A: As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. If you missed this email, you can track your parcel with your waybill tracking number by clicking here.

Sometimes it can take an hour or two for the courier service to scan in your parcel after collection, so if your tracking number doesn't appear to be valid, check back in an hour or two.
