RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING ORDER FOR AN EXCHANGE, STORE CREDIT OR REFUND (excluding shipping fees).
CONDITION OF RETURN
- Full price item (SALE items are only eligible for exchange/ store credit)
- Unworn and unwashed
- Original tags attached
- Hygiene strip MUST be attached to product (we may refuse returns where it's obvious this has been removed).
- Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We accept returns when shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Gifts included in any order need to be returned if a refund is requested (not applicable to sale items)
Our returns policy lasts 7 days.
All sale items are only eligible for an exchange / store credit. Full priced items are eligible for a refund (minus shipping fees).
If you select to use our couriers to collect your return, a return shipping fee of R99 will be included and deducted from your final refund/ store credit amount.
If you choose to use our couriers for an exchange, we will deduct the return shipping cost (R99) + the new shipping fee to ship the exchange to you (R99) from the store credit amount that you can then use to purchase your new size/ style.
Sale items: Sale items are eligible for a return as long as they are returned within the 7 day returns policy & they meet our return criteria set out above. SALE ITEMS ARE ONLY ELIGIBLE FOR AN EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT.
If you are wishing to exchange your item for a different size, we will issue you with a gift card for the value of your item, and you will have to put through the order from your side. Your store credit amount will be the value of the item you purchased minus the return shipping fee (R99) + the new shipping fee (R99), should you wish to use our couriers.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a notification via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 1-3 business days. Please allow at least 1-5 business days for your funds to reflect in your account.
